Il progetto intende realizzare, nell’ottica di contribuire ad accrescere i benefici per i cittadini dell’UE, uno studio di fattibilità per la realizzazione di una rete sanitaria e socio-sanitaria al fine di aumentare l’armonizzazione, l’integrazione e la cooperazione dei sistemi sanitari e socio-sanitari tra i paesi dell’area adriatica (tra i paesi Rai e Pao) . Attraverso il collegamento di strutture e processi operativi e l’allocazione dell’assistenza al paziente nei punti più adeguati di erogazione delle prestazioni, si intende conseguire contemporaneamente elevati livelli di qualità, contenere i costi e garantire l’integrazione e la continuità del processo assistenziale. Sono molteplici infatti i vantaggi associati alla realizzazione di strategie di networking, adottate da reti interistituzionali e da reti in partnership. La rete consente, infatti, di condividere e rendere fruibile un patrimonio di conoscenze, professionalità e know-how tra componenti del network attraverso l’identificazione di modelli coerenti con le strategie e gli obiettivi prefissati.
Al fine di identificare il processo sanitario e socio-sanitario da mettere in rete tra le aree interessate al progetto, sarà necessario avere una approfondita conoscenza dei dati di contesto, delle variabili sanitarie e socio sanitarie e delle organizzazioni facenti capo alle rispettive regioni. I dati utili saranno rilevati con strumenti omogenei nei singoli contesti da esperti in materia socio-sanitaria, adeguatamente formati.
Lo studio di fattibilità si propone di individuare un profilo delle comunità oggetto dello studio, al fine di individuare punti di forza e eventuali punti di debolezza su cui scegliere la soluzione più idonea, per fornire vantaggi ai cittadini ed ai lavoratori dell’UE.
Al fine di realizzare l’obiettivo del progetto, verrà consolidata la creazione di un ‘pentagono’ funzionale tra le contee di Zara, Spalato e Selenico e le regioni : Abruzzo e Marche in grado di interconnetere e comunicare tutte le informazioni relative agli attuali e variegati sistemi sanitari.

The project aims to implement a feasibility study for the realisation of a health and socio-health network in order to increase the benefits of European citizens. It also aims to increase the harmonisation, integration and cooperation of health and socio-health systems among IARs and EACs. Through the connection of operative structures and processes and the allocation of health care to the patients in the most adequate place for the service supply. At the same time it is meant to obtain high levels of quality, to control costs and to guarantee integration and continuity of the health care process. As a matter of fact, there are many advantages associated to the implementation of networking strategies used by inter-institutional networks and partnership networks. In fact, the network allows sharing and making by using a patrimony of knowledge, professionalism and know-how among the components of the network through the identification of models coherent with strategies and objectives prearranged.
In order to identify the health and socio-health process to be placed in the network among the areas involved in the project, it will be necessary to have an in-depth knowledge of context data, health and socio-health variables and the organisations of their respective regions. The useful data will be surveyed in each context with homogeneous instruments by well trained experts of socio-health topics.
The feasibility study aims to identify a profile of the communities subject of the study, in order to identify strengths and potential weaknesses on which it chooses the most suitable solution to supply advantages to the EU citizens and workers.
